3. Fees & Commissions
TrueBuilders operates on a fee-based model to ensure zero broker bias. We do not accept kickbacks from developers for the projects we recommend, ensuring our loyalty remains with you, the buyer.
4. Intellectual Property
All technical reports, audit frameworks, and website content are the intellectual property of TrueBuilders. These are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or sold without explicit permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
TrueBuilders is not liable for changes in government policy, builder bankruptcy, or natural disasters that may affect a property after an audit is completed.
