We got duped. So we fixed the system.

Three of our four founders bought their first property between 2014 and 2018 — in Noida, Gurgaon and Dubai. Each of us got something fundamentally wrong: a builder with a hidden delay history, a flat with structural shortcuts the brochure never mentioned, an off-plan in Dubai with a non-compliant escrow. We were engineers. We should have known. But we trusted brokers who didn't.

TrueBuilders is what we wish we'd had. We give buyers — first-time, upgrade, NRI, investor — the technical and legal due diligence brokers can't, because brokers don't get paid to. We charge you a fee. We tell you the truth. Sometimes that truth is "don't buy this." Roughly a third of the properties we audit get a Caution or Avoid verdict. That number tells you everything.
